A single mandate for a single jurisdiction.
The Office of Trade and Investment exists to be the private point of entry for investors and operators establishing themselves within Próspera ZEDE and the wider Honduran framework, assembling counsel, structure, capital, and compliance under one engagement.
An investor entering an unfamiliar jurisdiction ordinarily retains its advisers separately: counsel in one place, accountants in another, compliance and financial intermediaries elsewhere. The coordination falls to the client, and the gaps between those advisers are where a structure most often fails. The Office is built to close those gaps by holding every discipline within one engagement.
We work across the zone's legal framework, the Honduran system, and the investor's home law at once, constructing positions that remain consistent across all three. Where a matter calls for admitted or specialist counsel, we retain and direct it, so the client keeps a single relationship rather than managing several.
The Office is an independent, privately owned, for-profit advisory firm. It serves clients who choose, voluntarily and on professional terms, to enter and operate within the jurisdiction.
Our principal serves, ad honorem, as Special Representative for Trade and Investment of the Próspera ZEDE Office of the Technical Secretary.

The appointment is a credential and a mark of standing, and we hold it with pride. We also describe it precisely, because precision is the point. It is honorary, non-binding, strictly representational, and held ad honorem, without compensation. It is a recognition of professional standing earned over a career inside this ecosystem.
It confers no governmental, regulatory, or binding authority. The Office does not act for, speak for, or bind Próspera ZEDE, the Office of the Technical Secretary, or any entity in the Próspera ecosystem. The honorary title does not change the Office's nature as an independent private firm, and nothing here should be read to suggest otherwise.

Obtained the first Fintech (Regulation A), trust company, escrow agent, and non-banking lender licenses in the jurisdiction.

Roatán Financial Services Authority (RFSA), supervising financial institutions inside the jurisdiction.

Built out the Roatán International Financial Centre, the regulated core of the zone's financial economy.

Trustee of the Próspera Trust
Serves as Trustee through one of his companies.

Fluent across jurisdictions
Work conducted with equal precision in Spanish and English, across Próspera, Honduras, and home jurisdictions.
