Legal
The legal function gives a venture its standing: a properly constituted entity, the authorizations its activity requires, and representation when a matter is disputed. We constitute companies under the Próspera framework, reconcile them with the Honduran code and the investor's home law, and hold the resulting position through to enforcement where that becomes necessary.
